Information for EWS pupils in Year 11

Please submit your application form as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Applications must be submitted to the Sixth Form office.

Remember that if two of the A Level subjects you want to take are in the same column, circle both so that we can discuss your requirements at your interview.

Also, there is a box on the front of the form for you to write any additional subject which you would like to take, although we cannot guarantee putting on new subjects at this stage.

All Year 11 pupils who have applied to join the Sixth Form will attend an interview to discuss their application, subject choices and ambition.
